Domestic Shipping (India)
Prepaid Orders
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹500.
- A nominal shipping fee may apply to prepaid orders below ₹500.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- A flat ₹150 COD handling and shipping charge is applicable on all COD orders.
- COD service is subject to availability based on the delivery location.
International Shipping
- Free international shipping on orders above USD 399.
- Orders below USD 399 will incur shipping charges calculated at checkout based on the destination country and carrier rates.
Order Processing
- Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timelines
- India: 3–7 business days.
- International: 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
