Return Eligibility only for Indian Customers
You may request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order if:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items purchased during special clearance or final sale promotions.
- Gift cards and digital products.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Include photographs if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement or exchange subject to product availability.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted and the order will be subject to the return policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:

- Product photographs
- Description of the issue
We will investigate and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.
Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
